The Yoga of RTY


When RTY uses the term, yoga, we understand it as the mental, physical, and emotional practice that incorporates movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness that has the power to enhance the human experience both on and off the mat. The practice of yoga challenges a person to become aware of the spaces within themselves that need growth and nurturing; our curriculum guides students through an empowering process that allows them to engage in self-care and love.
